Last day to cancel registration for summer to avoid tuition assessment.

May 14, Mon.

Class work begins, Session I courses.

May 16, Wed.

Last day to add a Session I course without instructor's signature.

Last day to process adds or section changes for a Session I course through AccessPlus registration.

May 18, Fri.

Last day to drop a Session I course without the drop appearing on the permanent record or counting toward the limit of dropped courses.

Last day to drop a Session I course through AccessPlus registration.

Last day to change a Session I course from Pass/Not Pass to grade without it counting toward total allowable P/NP credits used for graduation.

Last day to change a Session I course from audit to credit basis.

Last day to elect to audit a course for Summer Session I. The instructor of the course must approve an audit.

First fee payment deadline for summer semester. Minimum due or payment in full.

Last day to elect to audit a course for a twelve-week, full summer course. The instructor of the course must approve an audit.

University holiday—offices closed, classes recessed.

Last day to drop a full-session, 12-week course without extenuating circumstances.

Summer Session I ends.

July 10, Tues., 2:15 p.m.

Grade submission deadline: Session I courses. This deadline will not be extended.

Grade reports available on AccessPlus.

July 13, Fri.

Graduate College: last day for final oral examinations.

July 16, Mon.

Last day to add/drop a course or withdraw without extenuating circumstances (Session II courses).

Last day to change a Session II course to or from Pass/Not Pass. Courses changed to graded basis after June 15 count toward the total allowable P/NP credits used for graduation.

Last day to file a Designation of Repeated Course form for a summer course that is not an automatic designated repeat.

July 17, Tues.

Graduate College: last day to submit signed Thesis/Dissertation Submission Form for electronic thesis or dissertation.

July 19, Thurs.

Graduate College: last day to submit final electronic thesis/dissertation copy for Thesis Office review.

July 20, Fri.

Final fee payment deadline for summer semester.

Graduate College: last day for final submission of graduate student graduation approval slip.

July 21, Sat.

July 26, Thurs.

Grade entry begins on WebCT, Bb Learn, or AccessPlus, Session I courses. Session II courses.

Aug. 1, Wed.

University bills with Fall 2012 tuition and fees charges available on AccessPlus http://accessplus.iastate.edu.

Aug. 3, Fri.

Summer Session II ends, End of Summer Term.

Undergraduate applications for graduation for Fall 2012 are due in the Registrar’s Graduation Office, 210 Enrollment Services Center.

Aug., 7, Tues., 2:15 p.m.

Grade submission deadline: Session II grades due in the Office of the Registrar. This deadline will not be extended.
