Textbook Information

A key feature of the “Higher Education Opportunity Act” (HEOA) , passed in August 2008, deals with the requirement for institutions to publish textbook information prior to registration, including ISBN number, to the extent possible.  In accordance with this requirement, students registering for ISU courses may obtain textbook information, with ISBN number, from the University Book Store textbook information site.  However, students may purchase their textbooks from any source they choose.

To view textbook information, in the left column, click on Order/View Textbooks

Read the disclaimer and then click on the order or view textbook link below.

On the next page, select the appropriate term and the departments of your courses.  You may choose multiple departments. Click "Continue to Get Course Materials" after you have selected all of your departments.

Your next step will be to select the specific courses and sections in which you are enrolled. It is important to note that you will need to select the proper section for each class. The instructor is also listed as a guide. Click "Continue to Get Course Materials" where you will be able to view the required text, with ISBN number.

Campus Bookstore

In the top-center of the homepage, select the term, department, and class range. Please note that you will have to repeat this step for each department.

After selecting the class range, you will be taken to a list of textbooks for all of the classes in the specified range. You can scroll down to your class and section for a list of the required text.
