How to Run an Academic Progress Report (APR) (Students)

Viewing your APR

To view your APR, click on the menu at the top left of the Workday screen and select Academics.

On your Academics Dashboard, find the Academic Advising section on the right side of the page.  Click on the “View My Academic Progress” task.

You are also able to view your APR from your student profile.  To view your profile, click on the profile icon in the top right corner of your Workday screen.  Click the “View Profile" button.

On your profile, select Academics on the left side of the page.  Then select the Academic Progress tab at the top of the Academics page.

Each of your declared programs of study will appear at the top of the APR.  A progress wheel (or donut) will appear next to each of your declared programs showing the number of academic requirements you have satisfied for the program.

Description automatically generated

Each of your programs of study will have their own section on the APR which lists the academic requirements which must be satisfied for graduation.  Reach out to your academic advisor to discuss any questions you have about your program of study academic requirements.

Evaluate Academic Requirements

You also can view an APR for additional or potential programs of study (i.e. a “what-if” APR).  Click on the “Evaluate Academic Requirements” task in the Academic Advising section of your Academics Dashboard.

For students graduating summer 2024 and earlier

If you are graduating in spring or summer 2024, the uAchieve audit will continue to be the system of record you should refer to for graduation.  You will continue to have access to view your uAchieve audit until at least August 2024.
