Student Schedule Change Form Tutorial

Step 1: Click the link to Schedule Change Form, which can be found in AccessPlus --> Student Tab --> Registrar Forms

 

Step 2: Enter your ISU email address via the Microsoft login. Once you hit enter, you will be prompted to OKTA into the form.

 

 

Step 3: Fill out the requested demographic information. When you are asked to enter a student email, make sure to use your ISU email address, as this will be used to send you notifications once the form has been completed by all approvers. 

 

Step 4: Enter your academic information.

 

Step 5: Enter your schedule change information (additional questions will appear regarding a new section or new credit hour amount if you chose to perform a section change or credit hour change).

Keep in mind, you can only complete one schedule change per form. If you need to fill out another schedule change, you can request to fill out the form again at the completion of the first form. 

 

Step 6: Complete the routing information for instructor approval. Make sure you verify your instructor's ISU email address is correct, as this will be used to route your form for approval.

 

Note: Only for College of Business Undergraduate Course Add or Section Change requests - please reach out to the Ivy Undergraduate Programs Office. 

 

Step 7: Complete the routing information for academic advisor approval. Make sure you verify your academic advisor's ISU email address is correct, as this will be used to route your form for approval. 

 

Step 8: Digitally sign and submit your schedule change form. You can also leave comments pertaining to your schedule change for approvers and processing staff to view, but it is not required.

Once you are finished, submit your form. Once submitted, you can request to fill out another form or exit the schedule change form website. 

 

Step 9: If your schedule change form was successfully approved by all approvers, you will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar indicating your schedule change will be available to view in AccessPlus Class Schedule within 3-5 business days. 

 

If the schedule change was denied at any of the approval levels, you will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar indicating your schedule change has been denied, and who to contact for further information.
