Workday Course Definition Editing Schedule

  • Edits to course definitions (such as name changes, course description updates, and prerequisite changes) are submitted each spring within Workday. Please note when submitting changes, the focus is always on a future semester. For example, in spring 2025, edits were submitted for the 2026-2027 academic year.
    • Begin Edits: March
    • Edits Due to the Office of the Registrar (Approval Workflow Started in Workday): June 1
    • Approval Workflow Complete (Changes Made Official in Workday): July 1
